Abstract(in English) | The radiation characteristics of the dielectric lens antenna is analyzed numerically and experimentally. The lens is made of ABS resin. The inner surface of lens is flat and the outer surface is a rotationally symmetric convex. The conical horn antenna is used for the primary radiator. The equivalent electric and magnetic current distributions are assumed on the aperture of horn antenna. By using three-dimensional ray trace method, the electric field distributions on the reference plane in front of lens are calculated. The radiation patterns of lens antenna are obtained by the surface integral on the reference plane and compared with the measured results. The calculated frequency is 76.5GHz. |
