The Scattering of Gaussian Beam Wave from the Fourier Grating

Abstract(in English) We analyze the scattering of Gaussian beam wave from the Fourier grating for an arbitrary angle of incidence. T-matrix method with angular spectrum is applied to quasi-two-dimensional problem in the scaler boundary value problem. Scattered and transmitted fileds are represented by the integral which involves T-matrix elements. The near field distributions of the Fourier grating are obtained by using the numerical calculation, that is, the Gauss-Legendre integration.
