Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) A new expression of Gaussian beams in terms of the spherical vector wave functions has been obtained using angular spectrum representation in applying the scattering problem of spherical objects. The final expression is composed of expansions of the plane waves and weighting function. Scattering patterns using this expression are numerically checked in comparison with the past works. The total electric fields along the propagation axis also displayed for an arbitrary beam source position.
