Abstract(in English) This paper proposes a new mobile communication system that realize the high-speed communication for mobile vehicles, such as trains and buses etc. Proposed system is comprised with land mobile communication systems, satellite networks and newly developed satellite tracking antenna. At first, the basic system configuration is shown and manin technical subjects are investigated for realizing proposed system. The tracking antenna that is installed on vehicles are developed and demonstration system is integrated by land mobile terminals and satellite platforms.
