Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Likelihood ratio method has been conventionally used for localized wave packet detection such as magnetic dipole signal. Magnetic dipole signal waveform varies depending on the direction of magnetic dipole moment and so on, therefore, it is difficult to detect the signal robustly. In this paper, considering that magnetic dipole moment field is described as linear combination of Anderson functions, magnetic dipole signal detection using subspace method and signal localization method without complex search or nonlinear optimization are presented. Simulation results are also presented to show that the proposed detection method leads to improve the detection probability for low S/N magnetic dipole detection, and that the localization method is efficient and robust.
