| Abstract(in English) | Satellites for fixed communications, broadcasting and mobile communications play an important role in the global advanced network infrastructure. The paper describes the present situation and perspectives of the development and commercialization of these satellites. In particular, several commercial systems are outlined for broadcasting and mobile communications services via satellites, and the importance of satellite constellation is discussed in terms of system performance for low earth orbit satellite communications system. |
