Abstract(in English) The theme of this study is design of a performance planetarium satellite.CCD camera can make motion pictures of the earth and celestial scene from the orbit.And it's motion picture are shown on the screen of planetariums.Our perpouse is to realize this project as amusement There are for aime. I)resolution of the CCD camera(HDTV). II)resolving power improvement CCD camera for the earth. III)development of color and telescopic camera for celestial scene. IV)development of transmission technique of real time pictures.
