Abstract(in English) | This paper describes a shape measuring sensor for a large antenna shape control.A distance measuring sensor and an angular measuring sensor were combined to realize a multi-point 3D displacement measuring sensor system.A pulsed-laser range finder and an amplitude modulafion laser range finder has been studied to achieve a high accuracy distance measuning system.For angular measuring,a CCD camera and image processor was used as the light spot detector and the encoders are used as the light axis detector. the distance accuracy of 0.4mm and the angular accuracy of 8 arcsec were achieved experimentally. |
