Abstract(in English) The growth rate in the mobile communication and broadcasting business is expected to be accelerated. The receiving condition in the city is not good in the geostationary satellite system. In order to resolve this problem, non-geostationary orbit satellites system which can provide the high elevation angle are effective in Japan. In this paper the study of the optimized orbit and te satellite system is presented.
