Abstract(in English) Superconducting SIS mixers are gradually approaching the quantum noise limit in the millimeter wavelength band,and it has been used on radio telescopes.However,there are some problems on farbricating SIS mixer devices and receiver system in the submillimeter wavelength band.In this report,we review the present state and problem of submillimeter wavelength SIS mixers and present the properties of NbN, AIN/NbN tunnel junctions.
