| 抄録(和) | 本文は最近2年間の小型衛星開発の動向について述べる.まず,小型衛星の定義について議論し,定義を厳格に決めるものは得策でなく,むしろ小型衛星の利点を生かした衛星打上げを実行することが大切であることを述べる.次に,最近の米国,ヨーロッパ,他の国々の小型衛星に対する取り組みを述べ,軍,国のレベルの関与がされていることを指摘する.さらに,米国,ヨーロッパのLEO衛星通信システムの現状について簡単に述べる.最後に,小型衛星開発の環境が整ってきたこと,我が国もかなり本腰を売れて小型衛星開発に取り組む必要があることについて述べる. |
| 抄録(英) | This paper describes the small satellite development trend these 2 years.Firstly,the definition of small satellite is dicussed and its result shows that to realize small satellites launching is rather important than rigidly defining small satellite with weight. Secondly,the recent topics on small satellites are enumerated to show that development of small satellite is not only conducted by private orgnaizations or universities but also strongly supported by the government and, ormilitary.Thirdly,the current status of LEO satellite communications systems are focused.Finally,it is described that the good environment for easy development of small satellites is going to be facilitated and Japan should tackle to develop small satellites more seriously. |
