Abstract(in English) On-board ETS-VI(Engineering Test Satellite-VI)transponder for mobile satellite communications has been developed and its performance is evaluated.On-board S-band linerized Multi-port Amplifier(MPA)enables the flexible RF power allocation and the efficient use of DC power.The ETS-VI transponder configuration for mobile satellite communications is shown.The design method of MPA, which is the key component of the transponder,is made clear.It is shown that the developed ETS-VI transponder has required performance and that the transponder using the MPA is suitable for mobile satellite communications.
