Abstract(in English) Ultra-multibeam onboard communication equipments have been investigated to drastically improve ture satellite communication systems using very small user terminals.An optically controlled multibeam active phased array system that has complex functionality and high output power is proposed as one of these equipments.Technical items in frequency re-use technique that is indispensable to effectively operate multibeam communications are discussed in this paper.This paper also describes quantitatively that the proposed equipment can work under this condition.
