Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In this paper,we analyze,by computer simulation, the performance of a mobile satellite communication digital demodulation method with capability of carrier frequency estimation based on kalman filter theory, which is useful to LED(Low Earth Orbiting)satellite communication systems. The results indicate that the establishment of carrier synchronization is possible whithin ten symbols under the effect of Doppler shift or Doppler shift varying with time. And it is also noticeable that the probabilty of error performance of this digital demodulator shows a good agreement with the theoretical value even in a low carrier-to-ratio.
