| 抄録(和) | 単一偏波レーダを用いて目標を認識・識別する場合、目標のRCSの空間分布から目標の形状の差異を抽出するため、高い分解能を必要とする。ここでは、目標の偏波特性を利用することにより、単一偏波の場合と比較して1, 10程度の低いレンジ分解能で目標を認識・識別する方式について検討している。この方法では、目標を複数の偏波の組合わせ(HH,HV,VV)で観測し、得られた受信信号のレンジ・ドップラー処理結果から、レンジおよびドップラーの分解能セル毎の偏波特性を抽出する。そして、抽出した各セルの偏波特性に応じてクラスタリングを行い、クラス間のマッチングにより目標を認識・識別する。計算機シミュレーションによりその有効性を確認した。 |
| 抄録(英) | This paper describes a target recognition system for multi- polarized low slant range resolution radar images.There are two algorithms that are used in conjunction for the purposes of pattern matching.The first one extracts pixels in the form of groups based on their polarization parameters from a radar image. These groups represent scatterer points that produce similar polarimetric radar returns.The second algorithm is then used to match the groups between the radar image and the corresponding model images.Simulation results for low resolution images are discussed.Successful recognition results are obtained for aircraft targets of various sizes and classes at different levels of slant range resolution. |
