Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) An AMTI(Adaptive Moving Target Indicator) is a filter to suppress radar moving clutter automatically. We proposed an AMTI of which weights' phases are only variable. After clutter of which doppler frequency is almost zero is suppressed by MTI, we use such an AMTI to suppress a moving clutter. However, the clutter suppression performance of the AMTI my be degraded by modulated receiver noise in the case that the clutter to noise power ratio is small. In order to overcome the degradation, we expand an algorithm of clutter center frequency estimation to second order form. We also evaluate the performance of the AMTI by computer simulations and show its effectiveness .
