Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) At the underground near the surface, generally electromagnetic constants considerably change with the rain fall, etc. Accordingly, characteristics of a subsurface RADAR antenna change. Their variation reduces operational range of the RADAR. It is necessary to analyze the characteristics of the antenna on the ground. We analyze the strip dipole antenna located on an infinite planar boundary between free half space and the flat earth (relative permittivity ε_r, conductivity σ) using Spectral Domain Method (SDM). This paper discusses the variations the resonance frequency and input impedance due to the Electromagnetic constants.
