Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) I applied magnetotelluric method to old burial mound, Iwatoyama-Kofun in Yame city, and made clear the resistivity structure of it. I used magnetic and electric field with frequency of 22.2kHz and measured in one meter interval. High resistivity part lay in northwest side in circle part and rectangle part. This phenomenon shows the existence of high resistivity substances or space beneath it. Anomalous low resistivity structure was expected in the center of circle mound. I extracted the anomalous resistivity deviation in the measured data and constructed the structure of mound. As a result, I estimated the structure with northeast-southwest direction in rectangle part. I also made clear the wall of stone under the circle mound with southwest direction.
