| Abstract(in English) | This short paper firstly describes about historical overview of radar technologies from the beginning of initial research activities to the end of WW II when the radar was developed and applied to weapon systems as epochmaking remote sensors. And it secondly describes regular development of radar technologies for defense applications in the world, in the aspects of principal techniques concerning on radar transmitter/receiver, signal processor and antenna which constitute main functions of radar systems. And also radar technology trend in recent years which leads to the future development are presented. |
