| 抄録(和) | 様々な実用衛星や実験衛星などにより宇宙空間の利用が地上の生活になくてはならないものになりつつある。また、地球人の活動範囲も宇宙空間へと広がろうとしている。このように拡大し複雑なシステムによって支えられる地球人の生活を守るためには、地球周辺の宇宙環境、及びそこに大きな影響をおよぼす太陽惑星間環境を監視するシステムが必要である。月面はこれら宇宙環境のモニタリングを行うために最適の条件を多く有しているため、21世紀には月が宇宙環境のモニタリングステーションとして地球人の生活に役立つようになる。 |
| 抄録(英) | It is expected that manned space activity and space utilization will make further progress in the near future. However, because of the radiation environment, space is hazardous for both human beings and space equipment. On the other hand, our reliance on technological systems is growing rapidly, and many of these systems are susceptible to disturbed space weather conditions. Many trouble could be avoided if reliable space weather observation and prediction were available. In order to observe the space weather around the earth, lunar site has a lot of advantages. |
