Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) It is expected that manned space activity and space utilization will make further progress in the near future. However, because of the radiation environment, space is hazardous for both human beings and space equipment. On the other hand, our reliance on technological systems is growing rapidly, and many of these systems are susceptible to disturbed space weather conditions. Many trouble could be avoided if reliable space weather observation and prediction were available. In order to observe the space weather around the earth, lunar site has a lot of advantages.
