Abstract(in English) STS-72 was launched on January 11, 1996, and returned on January 20, 1996. It's mission objectives were to retrieve the Space Flyer Unit (SFU), a Japanese satellite, deploy and retrieve a US satellite, and to conduct an on-orbit test on EVA (Extravehicular Activity) tools to be used for the International Space Station Program. This report summarizes the activities on the STS-72 mission.
