| 抄録(和) | 航行衛星システムであるGPSの利用が広く普及し、GPS受信機が組み込まれた身近な装置を通じて、多くの人がその便利さを実感している。現在、この便利さの根元を総てGPSに依存しているが、衛星航法が社会の基盤になろうとしている状況下で、次世代の航行衛星システムをGPSに限定されず広く検討する機運に成っている。そこで、次世代のシステム構築に資するものとして、大きな傾斜角を有する静止高度の衛星から成る航行通信衛星システムの検討内容を述べた。欧州でも次世代向けとして同じ傾向を持つ衛星システムが検討されているので紹介した。 |
| 抄録(英) | Utilization of GPS has being spread widely into various areas. Many people have actually felt the convenience through some devices embedded by the GPS receiver nearby them. At this moment, the utilization only depend on GPS, however, we have a movement to study the system scheme of the next generation of the navigation satellite system in order to establish an international collaboration of the navigation satellite systems which would become a kind of social infrastructure. Then, it is introduced here a unique navigation and communication satellite system which consists of high inclined geostationary satellites and would be a discussion subject for the next generation one. The activities in Europe on the system are also described. |
