Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Recently, DBF(Digital Beam Forming) of adaptive arrays based on digital signal processing are widely paid attention. Adaptive arrays control its peaks and nulls on the antenna pattern as the electlo-magnetic circumstance changes. Though the application of adaptive arrays for the TDMA systems is not well considered. In this paper, first, we suggest a new DOA(Direction of Arrival) estimation method for TDMA burst signals. Second, the performance of the HA adaptive array based on the DOA estimation method is examined through computer simulations and experiments.
