| 抄録(和) | 衛星通信の需要増大によって予想される今後の静止衛星軌道の混雑を緩和するために,軌道の有効利用を図るための研究が盛んに行われている.その中で,複数の通信衛星を静止軌道を中心に上下に配置し、これを光ファイバを内蔵したテザー線で連結する静止光ファイバ・テザー衛星(F-GTS)方式は,軌道の有効利用率を大幅に改善する有効な手段として注目されている.このシステムを安定に動作させるためには、衛星の位置を保持するテザー線長が常に規定の長さを維持するように精密に制御する必要がある.テザー線長の変動要因は張力の変動に起因するもの及びテザー線材料の熱伸縮によるものとがある。ここでは。温度変動による影響について、テザー線材料の温度特性も実験により調べて。詳細に検討する。衛星の運動が発生する前にそれを予知して制御を行う知的テザー長制御技術についても述べる。 |
| 抄録(英) | This report presents an intellective control technique required in operating geostationary optical fiber tether satellite system. The geostationary orbit is a limited resource and therefore efficient utilization is the most important and the optical-fiber- tether satellite system is excellent in this aspect since the space can be shared with several satellites linked with tether cable in which optical fibers are mounted.For stable operation of the system,the tether length must be dynamically controlled preventing movement of satellites even without tether length changes by thermal effects.The tether length must be intellectviely controlled based on the thermal properties of the tether material.Some experimental results of thermal expansion coefficient of a tether material and the intellective control system are described. |
