Design Cousiderations for Direct Optical Inter-Vehicle Communication Technique

Abstract(in English) This report presents some practical techniques applicable to optical direct communication system,which will become more important in the future for its prospective capabilities in highly safety traffic control based on inter-vehicle data exchange. However,it is true that a number of technical problems exist when use it among running vehicles.We have developed a laser beam target tracking system for capturing receiver and also we use a retro-reflector for bidirectional link.A demonstration exhibits 0. 001rad accuracy in laser beam control and 5% accuracy for distance measurement to the receiver target.
