Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In general, the Fourier transform(FT)is very useful for signal analysis. However, there exist the cases that the FT can not work. For example, when we use it to observe non-stationaly signals or non-continuous signals etc.Recently, the wavelet transform(WT)has become the popular research topic in signal processing field. In this paper,we propose the sinusoidal,WT(SWT)with only one period of sine and cosine waves as a wavelet.Using the proposing method, the analyzation of signal is examined. Here,we report the SWT algorithm, its basic characteristics. Also,we report analysis rebsults for some time signals and their reconstruction waveforms using various wavelets.
