| Abstract(in English) | In this paper we show how to build a network adopting the merits of analog video devices(which are most commonly in use today)and digital video devices(which will be the key to multimedia communication),namely the Hybrid Video Network System. First,we summarze analog video,digital video technology and video compression technology. Next,we compare the analog video technology with the digital video technology regarding their capabilities in transmission, displaying and recording. Finaly,we present the Hybrid Video Network System. |
