| Abstract(in English) | TNMSkernel and associated tools support the development of Transmission Network Operation Systems.The MIB interface defined in TNMSkernel is MIB technology independent and enables introduction of new technologies for MIB realization.Though an MIB using a relational database management system was impremented,the overhead of generating SQL sequences becomes negligible effective to the performance when the MIB start large amount of information and high density MIB access is needed.This report proposes a MIB design method based on an object oriented database management system and clarifies a database scheme by which the MIB is realized.The result obtained from ATM transport network operation prototype system experiment confirmed the superiority of the proposed method in terms of operational performance. |
