Abstract(in Japanese) | (See Japanese page) |
Abstract(in English) | We investigate transmission performance of a 10-Gb/s unequally spaced 8-channel WDM transmission system employing a 1.55mm dispersion shifted fiber (DSF). In this paper, a wavelength allocation is proposed. Furthermore, it is shown that transmission performance was improved by longitudinal variance of fiber chromatic dispersion in actual transmission line. |
