Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The fiber-optic multi-channel video distribution system that employs super wide-band optical FM scheme improves transmission performances as compared with conventional systems. In this paper, we discuss the group delay distortion produced in the transmission line or the optical receiver. As to the analysis of the distortion characteristics, we investigate some parameters of the group delay such as expansion coefficient, ripple amplitude, ripple period and so on, theoretically.
