Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) A parallel data transmission based on the discrete Fourier transform (DFT) operation has wide applications in video or audio transmission. When digital signal processors (DSPs) implement the terminal including transmission systems, video/audio codec and other operations, the amount of DSP computation power which the systhesis DFT operation can use is dynamically changed, according to the other functions at the terminal. This study proposes the layered information allocation at the synthsis side, the selective information recovery at the analysis side and the equalizer structure, so that the important informations are recovered even under poor transmission conditions or under DFT computation amount limited conditions.
