Abstract(in English) Lossless image coding that can restore image without, distortion is required in case of coding of high definition images such as medical treatment and fine arts. It is known that 2-channel predictive coding is effective in compression of high definition image. In the conventional 2-channel predictive coding, predictive coefficients is fixed and cannot, be adapted to locally changing statistics of the image. In the conventional segment coding, although domain is divided to choose the predictive coefficients locally, side-information such as the information concerning the segmentation must be transmitted to the decoder, and the code length increases. In this report, we propose a lossless coding adaptable to locally changing statistics of image without, side-information. The proposed method is adapted to locally changing statistics of Image by means of choosing a predictive coefficients locally. There is no necessity of transmitting side-information to the decoder and the code length is not increased.
