Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) A sound source separation that distinguishes a musical signal from more than one musical instrument is one of the important task for transcription that converts a musical signal into a musical score. For the single musical instrument, the method using comb filters which has already presented can estimate the scale of both monophony and chodes. This paper presents a method of the sound source separation of some musical instruments using comb filters. The fundamental frequency and harmonic freqencies of the musical tone can be eliminated by comb filters which are corresponding to the scales. This method can separates the monophony from the polyphony of musical instruments, and the musical instrument can be estimated by the waveform of the extracted signal.
