| 抄録(和) | 技術試験衛星VIII型(ETS-VIII)は、平成14年度頃に打上げを予定している3トン級静止衛星である。ETS-VIIIでは小型携帯端末を用いた移動体通信システムを実現するために必要となる大型展開アンテナの開発を行う。概念設計は平成8年度に終了し、現在は予備設計を実施している。概念設計結果おいて、大型展開アンテナは、高鏡面精度、口径拡張性等の要求を満足するためにモジュール構造を選定した。大型展開反射鏡は、19モジュールから構成され、外形は17.4m×16.1mである。大型展開アンテナをETS-VIIIに搭載するにあたり、収納寸法、重量、剛性、強度に対して問題がない設計結果を得た。今後実現性の確認のために予備設計結果を反映して試作試験を実施する。 |
| 抄録(英) | The Engineering Test Satellite VIII(ETS-VIII) which is a three-ton class and geostationary satellite is scheduled to be launched in the term of 2002 year. The development of large deployable antenna in the ETS-VIII program is important to realize mobile communications system with hand-held terminals. Conceptual study was finished and the development stage of the program is now that of definition design. The large deployable antenna on conceptual study in the term of 1996 year was selected modular structure because it is satisfied requirement of precise reflector surface and diametral extension. The large antenna reflector consists of 19 modular structure and the outside diameter is 17.4m×16.1m. The results of conceptual study obtained that there is no problem for folding dimension, weight, stiffness and strength. Bread Board Model is fabricated based on the definition design and subject to tests for that realization can be confirmed in the future. |
