| 抄録(和) | 本報告では,マルチフラクタル過程の定義を用いて時系列を特徴づけるとともに,これを用いた特徴抽出の方法について述べる。特に,従来の次元の定義が,時間域や周波数領域でなされていたのに対して,ウェーブレット変換を用いた定義を導入する。具体的には,ウェーブレット係数X^m_nの高次モーメントが,マルチフラクタル次元と1つの関係式で結ばれることを用いる。ウェーブレット係数の高次モーメントは容易に計算でき,しかも,dilation index mをサンプル点として詳細な情報を与える。応用例として,フラクタル波形,周期波形,ノイズなどの単独の基本波形の認識と,これらの基本波形を分離,認識する問題を考察し,株価の特徴抽出への応用を行う。 |
| 抄録(英) | This report deals with feature extraction of time series based on the multifractal and its applications. We introduce the representation of multifractal by using the wavelet coefficients in contrast to the conventional definition in the time domain. The relation among the multifractal and the moments of wavelet coefficients for the time series is derived. The higher-order moments of wavelet coefficient are easy to calculate , and we can have precise information for each dilation index m. As an application, the basic prescribed waveforms such as the fractal time series and sinusoidal waves are recognized by the system, and also the system is applied to the feature extraction of the time series of stock trends. |
