Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) This paper describes the second-order active RC filter using current mirror circuits. The tuning of the filter frequency can be adjusting the current of a single DC current source. In addition, the filters can easily be realized in a monolithic integrated circuit and can operate at a low DC power supply voltage of 1.5 volts. SPICE simulation of the proposed circuit shows quite good agreement with the theory.
