| 抄録(和) | 今日、ヒトゲノムをはじめとする様々なゲノム配列のシークエンシングが行われ、大量の配列データを扱うことが可能となった。ゲノム配列はランダムな暗号情報というよりは、その進化的なダイナミクスが要因となって、系列相関のある特徴的な構造を有している。そのような系列相関を視覚的に表示する方法として、反復関数系(IFS)を元にしたカオスゲーム表示法が提案されている。本論文では、カオスゲーム表示法を紹介し、そのシフトマップ系との関連や、カオスゲーム表示からの配列情報の抽出法に関して考察する。 |
| 抄録(英) | Today, we have had a large amount of genome sequences by the projects of the human genome and the genomes of other species. Genome sequences are not sets of random cryptical information, but have characterstic structures with correlation. A method of chaos game representations, which is based on iterated function systems (IFSs), has been proposed to represent the characteristics of the sequence. In this paper, we will introduce the method, and consider the relation to shift map systems and the method to extract information of the sequence from the chaos game representation. |
