Abstract(in English) | There is a self-electro-optic effect device(SEED), which is one of new functional device in the viewpoint of applied nonliner dynamics. We discuss bistable behaviors caused by Quantum Confined Stark EffeCt(QCSE) in SEED. We investigate connected two SEED devices, in which we introduce some carriers moving into the other one. The model show multistable behaviors that cannot occur in single SEED. |
