| 抄録(和) | 本稿ではトランジスタ回路における直流動作点の漸近安定性について検討している.動作点の安全性は直流回路に寄生リアクタンスを加えたダイナミック回路の安定性に基いて調べられる.あるトポロジカルな制約を満たすキャパシタを寄生リアクタンスとして仮定したダイナミック回路のLyapunov方程式が正値対角行列を解にもつための十分条件について検討し、Tadeusiewiczによる動作点が漸近安定となるための十分条件の拡張について考察する. |
| 抄録(英) | In this paper we discuss asymptotic stability of DC operating points in transistor circuits. The stability of DC operating points is examined for any dynamic circuits derived from the resistive circuit by augmenting parasitic reactances. We derive a sufficient condition for the Lyapunov equation of any dynamic circuits obtained by adding capacitors to have a positive diagonal solution. The extension of Tadeusiewicz's sufficient condition for asymptotically stable DC operating points is also considered. |
