Abstract(in English) | A Motion equation in rolling of flooded ship in waves is considered. The equation is four-dimensional nonautonomous system proposed by S.Murashige and K.Aihara(1997). This system exhibits chaotic coupled oscillation which is due to mutual interaction between the motions of ship body and flooded water. Two fundamental subsystems in this system are analyzed theoretically. |
