Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We propose silicon reaction-diffusion chips that implement dissipative and autocatalytic reaction systems. In this paper, we construct such a chip on the basis of cellular-automata that imitate the Belousov-Zhabotinsky reaction. Essential properties of the chip are evaluated by SPICE simulations.
