Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Majority logic is an essential function in fault-tolerant systems, artificial neural networks and so on. When we take advantage of the majority function effectively, majority gates can provide a good performance for information processing. In this paper, we design a majority gate comprising current controled inverter which are easy to implement and operate in a binary voltage mode. We design a median filter using this majority gate, and it can process image filterings at high speed.
