Investigations on Termwise Synthesis of the lnput lmpedance of Nonuniform Transmission Lines

Abstract(in English) We consider nonuniform and lossless distributed circuits (transmission lines or LC lines, for short) with distributed inductance L(χ) and distributed capacitance C(χ) per unit length. A technique is proposed to synthesize a nonuniform LC line which has the specified function as the input impedance with the output port open. It is composed of successively adjusting boundary conditions of the eigenfunctions according to the specified pole and associated residue and exchanging the corresponding zeros of two elements of the fundamental matrix. The technique has some great advantages over previous methods and theories.
