| 抄録(和) | 介護保険制度における要介護認定一次判定数理モデルの研究の一環として, 局所非戦形近似の適用可能性を検討した.SugiharaとMayによって開発されたカオス時系列予測法を, 高齢者の健康状態に関する68項目の調査を入力して7階段の要介護度を推定する判別分析問題に適用できるように改良した.入力データ空間における距離の計量はCaprile-Girosiアルゴリズムによって最適化される.この数理モデルは, データベースから類似の前例を探索し, その類似の程度を考慮して申請者の要介護度を推定する.これは, 過去の事例を参考にしながら, 未知の状況に対して判断を下す意思決定のプロセスに類似しているように思われる. |
| 抄録(英) | Local nonlinear approximation technique originally introduced by Sugihara and May for chaotic time series prediction is applied to the certification of the need for long-term care for the care insurance program that set out last April in Japan. The approximating model is capable of representing the decision rule for the certification as the nonlinearly weighted sum of basis examples closest to the current situation of a frail elderly applicant. Themetric measuring the closeness is automatically optimized by means of the Caprile-Girosi algorithm. From the standpoint of recent work by Lee and Seung, we may view this method as a sparsely distributed and parts-based representation of the decision rule as a realization of"common sense"of the society. |
