Abstract(in English) | A mathematical method was introduced to analyze the optimally controlled carrier mediated material transport across the bioiogical membrane. The rate constants for the reactions between the ligand and carrier were set as exponential functions of concentrations of the species. Thus, the transfer rates of ligands were not constant but charged as the transport state proceeded. The interactions between the free carrier and its bounded type on both of the outer and inner surface of the membrane were expressed by four non linear differential equations. The optimal control that minimized the deviations from the target concentrations of the species produced characteristic pattern of temporal changes in the concentrations of the species. As the time passed, the concentrations of the species achieved evident plateau and reached the target values. The present method will be available for evaluating the biological and artificial membrane functions. |
