Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In this paper we propose coupled oscillators to memorize and recall periodic waveforms. Signals in the system are in the form of single-bit delta-sigma modulated signals. Thus, much space is saved to connect the oscillator units. Moreover, simple arithmetic circuits are employed to add and multiply the single-bit signals without transforming into multi-bit signals, which saves great amount of logic gates. Coupling weights are represented by complex numbers with constant magnitude. Then, digital oscillators can also be used for weighting, corresponding their phase to the weight. The circuit simulations show that the coupled oscillators can learn given periodic waves not affected by delta-sigma modulation noise.
