Abstract(in English) This report presents fluctuation theory of system of the FLC with self-learning function using fixed point theorem. We have studied the anarysis of the system fluctuation problem using fuzzy set theory. In this report, we consider the self-learning functions of the outputs when the fluctuation introduce to the system.
