| 抄録(和) | 本論文で取り上げる回路は、逆並列ダイオード対とそれに直列に接続されたインダクタ、キャパシタ、RC直列回路が負性抵抗と総て並列に接続されている。この回路は今まで提案されてきたシンプルなカオス発生回路とは異なる回路構成である(1)。この回路はRC直列部分のRが或る値の時、カオス的発振が発生する。この回路のダイオードをしきい値を含む理想的なスイッチとみなす理想化を行い回路モデルを作成した。これを用いて回路の解析を行った。 |
| 抄録(英) | In this paper, we study the circuit that anti-parallel diodes with series inductor, capacitor, RC series circuit and negative linear conducter connected parallels.This circuit configuration is different from the simple chaos generation circuit that has been proposed by now.Chaos is generated by some values of R in RC series circuit in this circuit.Diodes of this circuit was considered to be an ideal switch, and circuit model idealized was made.It was calculated using this idealized circuit. |
