Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) There are some useful orthogonal transforms in signal processing. Among them the discrete Fourier transform(DFT)is the most famous for analog signals, and DFT processor based on neural network has been proposed. On the other hand, the discrete Walsh transform(DWT) is useful as the orthogonal transform of the digital signals. Its fundamental function is called the Walsh function, which is the system of orthofiormal functions and takes only ±1 values. In this report,we propose a neural network,as an example of digital applications,to perform DWT.
